Amenities & Rules
	For The Safety and Enjoyment of You and Your Fellow Campers We at Sundance RV Park are proud to be able to offer outstanding facilities for your year-round travel and vacationing pleasure. Your assistance by adhering to the following requests will help assure these facilities are in top condition for your next trip.

Restrooms & Laundry	These facilities are for paying guests only. We appreciate your help in keeping them clean. Please report any damage, vandalism or untidiness at office. No dogs allowed in these buildings. No clotheslines.
Pets	Cats and dogs are welcome, but must be leased at all times, and walked in the designated dog walk. Do not allow pets to relieve themselves on grass, shrubs or trees. Do not leave pets unattended.
Trash	Place all trash in plastic bag, tie and place in dumpsters provided. Do not throw trash or cigarette butts on ground. Please help keep the park clean.
Vehicle Washing	Vehicle washing and mechanical work are not allowed in the park.
Generators	Running of generators in the park is prohibited.
Children	Children are not allowed to play in laundry or bath facilities. They are to be under control at all times.

Park Buildings	No drinking or smoking is allowed in laundry, bath and shower facilities, or the store/office.
Picnic Tables	Picnic tables are provided for your use and enjoyment. They are not work benches. Please do not remove picnic tables from sites.
Barbecues	Barbecues, hibachis, etc. must be at least 36 inches above the grass.
Telephone	Pay phones are provided on the patio, behind the store/office and at the laundry building.
Speed Limit Water	4 1/2 MPH. Please observe this speed limit throughout the park. A water faucet is located on the side of the shower & restroom building for filling jugs or similar containers.

Payments	All rent must be paid in advance. Sites are for 2 people - each additional is $3 per day.
Check Out Time	12:00 noon. $3 per hour is charged for overtime. Please let the office know if you plan to stay longer.
Refunds	Refunds will be made at the discretion of management. The owners reserve the right to increase rates if necessary.
Personal & Property	Sundance RV Park is not responsible for accidents or injury to our guests, or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
Lawns & Grass	Do not pour hot grease, hot beverages or any substance that may harm or kill the grass. Do not park on grass.
