For the safety and enjoyment of all campers, please note our park policies below:
Restrooms and Laundry
These facilities are for paying guests only. Please report any untidiness to the office. No dogs are allowed in these buildings.
Pets
At Sundance we LOVE our furry friends! To assure the comfort of all our guests, please keep pets on a leash at all times while walking through the park. We provide a grassy, off-leash Pet Park for your traveling buddy’s comfort; please pick up after your pets.
Trash
Place all trash in plastic bags, tie and place in dumpsters provided. Please do not throw trash or cigarette butts on the ground.
Vehicle Wash
Vehicle and RV washing is available for a small fee, but mechanical repairs are not allowed in the park.
Children
For everyone’s safety, children are not allowed to play in the laundry or bath facilities. Please monitor your kids and respect our Quiet Hours in the park.
Park Buildings
No drinking, smoking or pets are allowed in laundry, bath and shower facilities, or in the store/office.
Picnic Tables
Picnic tables are provided for your use and enjoyment. Please do not remove picnic tables from sites or use as a work bench.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am each day; please be considerate of your fellow campers. NOTE: Running of generators in the park is prohibited.
Speed Limit
5 MPH. Please observe this speed limit throughout the park, for the safety of kids, critters and campers.
Water
A water faucet is located on the side of the shower and restroom building for filling jugs or similar containers.
Personal & Property
Sundance RV Park is not responsible for accidents or injury to our guests, or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
Lawn & Grass
Please help us keep our grass healthy, vibrant and green! Do not pour hot grease, hot beverages or any substance that may harm or kill the grass. AND… Please do not park on the grass.
Sundance RV Park Rates
All rates are full hook up, 20-30-50 amp, TV, WIFI. All rent must be paid in advance. Sites are for 2 people.
**One night’s stay is charged to guarantee your site.**

$3/hour is charged for overtime. Please let the office know if you plan to stay longer.

Our Cancellation Policy
SHORT TERM STAYS
(Less than 30 Nights)
- Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to arrival: Guests will receive full refund minus $10 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival: Guests forfeit entire reservation.
LONG TERM STAYS
(30 Nights or More)
- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival: Guests will receive full refund minus $100 non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made 13 days or less prior to arrival: Guests forfeit entire reservation.
