Centrally located in beautiful downtown Cortez, South West Colorado, we are an adult oriented, pet friendly, full service private RV Park.
Cortez is known as “The Gateway to the Southwest” because we are conveniently located close to Mesa Verde National Park with its mysterious cliff dwellings, the Ute Mountain Reservation and Casino, McPhee Reservoir, various ski resorts including Telluride, numerous Hopi, Anasazi (Pueblo), Navajo and other archeological sites, the historic towns of Mancos, Dolores and Durango, as well as the Four Corners Area.
Sundance RV Park is a modem-enabled campsite with personalized friendly service and a complete range of amenities. The perfect accommodation for hunting, fishing, vacationing, skiing and sightseeing!
We are right across from the City Park, Colorado Welcome Center and Municipal Swimming Pool, and within easy walking distance from City Market, shops and restaurants. Even the Public RV Dump Site is just 500 yards away! Our entrance is conveniently located on Main Street, so you wouldn't even have to look hard for us!
At the Office you will always get friendly and fast service! We can even take care of your needs for RV parts & accessories and arrange any RV repairs you require.
Easy access with a paved road! We have 68 spacious and level sites and pride ourselves on 17 long pull-throughs and enough space for even large rigs!
Plenty of shade all around! Pets are always welcome and we have our own dog walk area.
No need to go elsewhere for your laundry needs as we have it all on-site!
